The shoes look great and the materials feel high quality, which is why I really wanted to love them. They’re convenient for parents and toddlers, but there’s a serious issue with the velcro. I had to return the first pair after barely a dozen days of school use because the velcro stopped closing properly. I exchanged them for a new pair, and the exact same problem happened again. My daughter doesn’t have wide feet, and these were only worn to school, so this is clearly not normal wear and tear. At this point it feels like the shoes were never tested with actual toddlers. When the velcro fails, kids end up wearing loose, open shoes—which is unsafe and defeats the purpose of buying quality footwear. I haven’t returned the second pair yet because I’m trying to be reasonable, but this is a recurring defect. I would appreciate it if customer support could reach out to help resolve this and arrange a replacement that actually stays closed.
